Begin at 0.25mg x4 weeks and titrate up each month. You may stay at any dose that is working well for you, maximum dose is 2.4mg.
Once achieving BMI of 25,client will begin weaning off Semaglutide. If weight gain occurs we will work towards a maintenance dose to maintain weight loss.
Labwork will be repeated every 6 months or sooner depending on results. Clients are responsible for getting labwork drawn and associated costs.
